  WE WILL….

   1. Visit your home at a convenient time to examine the work area. Provide a typewritten proposal. Provide a
       large list of satisfied customers you may call to verify our abilities.

   2. Upon acceptance of bid, we will discuss starting dates, completion times, colors, finishes and textures,
       etc.

   3. Start project with special attention paid to preparation, using the very best materials possible while
       protecting all customers' property.

   4. Inspect work with homeowner at essential points during the process and at completion.

   5. Use a sufficient number of staff to complete work in a timely manner.

   6. Clean up all work areas (vacuum floors, wash vinyl floors, clean windows).

   7. Submit a detailed bill, which is due upon receipt, and a report card so that you can rate our services.
